We aren't normally so casual about our specialty rafting trips
but this one is perfect for those who appreciate great beer and
want a laid-back vacation experience. We can't think of any
vacation more perfect--combining the best Oregon rafting experience
with the best Oregon beer experience--it just doesn't get any
better than that! So if you have a passion for Oregon's craft
brewers and the unique beers they create, this trip is definitely

Each evening, after a uber-fun day of rafting and kayaking the
wild & scenic Rogue River, guests will relax and enjoy
samplings from one of Oregon's craft brewery rising stars--Ninkasi
Brewing Co. We'll be pairing some of their most popular brews
with tasty hors d'oeuvre's that complement the Ninkasi beers
you will be sampling.
Besides the beer, another "star" of the trip is Ginger Johnson.
Ginger is a beer specialist and oversees her own business, "Women Enjoying Beer." Ginger is a
breath of fresh air, has tons of positive energy, and, dare we say
it, full of updated info and gossip on the Oregon craft beer
community. Ginger is a woman who believes in beer. She has been a
champion for the local beer industry for several years now. She is
just a wealth of knowledge (and good stories) that she will share
with you during the tastings each evening. This is a woman who
really walks her talk...and has built a successful business around
her knowledge of the industry.
The trip begins on Sunday, July 18 and ends on Tuesday,
July 20. The trip is priced at $880 per participant
(double occupancy)....and is all-inclusive...including the two
evenings' Ninkasi beer tastings. You will travel lodge-to-lodge
and stay in quaint, riverside cabins (that have private, attached
bathrooms) each night. All lodging and meals from lunch the first
day through lunch the last day are included.
