In this video, chef Matt Morse talks about the wines he is pairing with the various meal courses. He and the other Whitewater Warehouse guests are enjoying the pre-dinner wines/food pairings on the deck at the second Rogue River lodge--Marial Lodge.

The June 2010 Rogue River gourmet wine & food lodge trip filled almost immediately. We received such rave reviews about that gourmet trip that we opened another gourmet rafting trip in late August--August 29 - 31--to be exact. We as of 8/21/10 are now FULL on this trip as well.
