Rogue Payments, Cancellations and Trip Insurance
Deposits and final payments:
Your Rogue River reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a $300 per person deposit which is on a first come, first serve basis. The balance is due 60 days prior to the launch date of your trip. If final payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to regard the reservation canceled.
Should you have to cancel your trip plans, deposits and final payments are non-refundable, unless a replacement can be found for your reservation. Alternate guests are welcome. If we replace your canceled space(s) with other guests, a $100 per person cancellation fee is charged.
Please understand that we cannot insure your investment in your river trip reservation(s) We strongly recommend the purchase of trip insurance. Once you sign up, we lose the right to sell your reserved space to other individuals or groups. Our number of trips and spaces per trip are limited by river management policies. Therefore, we regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. Should you decide to cancel your trip with us, your trip cost is not transferable to another year.
Trip Insurance: a valuable investment
For many years, we have promoted the value of trip cancellation insurance. Over the years, we have heard from several guests who had last minute emergencies. Those who had purchased the affordable insurance we offer completely covered their losses; those who didn’t lost their vacation investment.
Trip insurance covers medical emergencies, medical expenses, accidental death, lost baggage, and medical evacuation. It does not cover work emergencies, work schedule changes, or immediate family emergencies other than health or death issues.
Please call Joy at White Water Warehouse (1-800-214-0579) for more information on travel insurance. Or, if you would like to sign up on your own, please hit the “Travel Insured” icon below and follow the simple instructions.

Important to note: if you purchase the trip insurance within seven days of your initial deposit with WWW, the insurance also completely covers the insuring party’s pre-existing medical conditions.
