the business for over 27 years. The little secret in the whitewater
business is that outfitters will tell you they've been in business
for decades but dig a little deeper...have they actually OWNED the
business for that long or just touting the fact that the name of
the business has been around for that long. Pretty big
distinction.
Responsive:
Ever call or email a business and you never hear back from them?
Not here at Whitewater Warehouse! We pride ourselves on promptly
getting back to you and making sure that you know that you are the
reason we exist. No detail is too small, no question too quirky for
us. We love our guests and we love to talk to them!
Focus on quality:
We care deeply about your river experience with us. We have such
an attention to detail that we even purchase the hazelnuts we serve
on our trips from local Willamette Valley farmers! Same goes for
all our fruits and vegetables. And all the other food items like
onions and garlic that we use in our homemade lunch recipes...all
grown in our own organic gardens. Now tell us that isn't attention
to detail!
Location, location, location:
No outfitter goes everywhere--so pick an outfitter who offers
trips where you want to go. Here at Whitewater Warehouse, the
protected section of the wild & scenic Rogue River is the only
river that we run. That's because we think this river is so
beautiful, and so world-renowned that it is worth our full-time
attention. If you want to vacation on another Oregon river, call us
anyway. We can give you referrals to other quality Oregon
outfitters.
Professional qualifications:
Many of our Rogue River guides have been with us for the
majority of the 27 years we have been in business. Again, this is a
rare feat. Our focus on rewarding our high-quality guides for their
efforts and abilities is our number one priority. Afterall, you
want to served by a happy, well-trained guide, don't you?
Insurance:
Ask if your outfitter is fully insured. We are fully covered for
your protection. Make sure to review an outfitter's "Participant
Acceptance" form before you travel with them.

We are fortunate to have two large charter groups that have been
traveling on the Rogue River with us for the entire time we've been
